Website Designing

In case of website designing Vision DOTCOM Technologies will be charged 50% payment in advance and remaining 50% balance will be payable when project is complete & before upload at client domain. Complete website material should be provided by client in soft form; product and other images should be provided as per required size/resolution. We will do maximum effort to complete the customer project, however if customer cancel the project in any stage the advance payment will not be refundable/adjustable in any other providing services. As per our company service terms and condition, client should be bound to complete the project within 3 months timeframe, the website designing project will be cancelled in case of a delay exceeding 3 months at the client’s end. Moreover, the company will not be liable to return advance payment of the given project.

Domain & Hosting

Vision DOTCOM Technologies will be charge 100% advance payment in case of Domain & Hosting services. Due to devaluation of rupee we’re forced to increase our packages rates or downgrade the packages. However, we’ll try our best for not causing any sort of inconvenience to our valued clients by making possible efforts for delivering cost-effective services. Without advance no services will be cater. Due to If an admin password of domain/hosting account is given to the client, Vision DOTCOM Technologies will not be responsible for any loss of website files, modification of data or breach of security. Only authorised personnel of your organisation can get the login and passwords.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

We take a zero tolerance stand against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists” and purchased lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice. Sites advertised via SPAM may not be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated. Vision DOTCOM Technologies reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion. Vision DOTCOM Technologies reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a clean up fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the clean up fee is entirely at the discretion of Vision DOTCOM Technologies.

Sending/SMTP Limits

There is a 200 outgoing email hourly limit per domain. This limit is also applied towards Mailman. If you send over this amount in any hour, then your account will be block for minimum 1 hour. Many of our servers have a limit of 15 POP3/IMAP checks per hour per each user’s connecting IP address. If you go over this you’re likely to get a wrong password error message or an error stating “login incorrect”. If this occurs, please wait an hour and it will automatically unblock you. Any mailing list larger than 200 addresses will require a dedicated server solution from us. Note: Dividing one large list into smaller lists to get below this limit is not allowed. There is also a limit to the number of Mailman mailing lists permitted as follows

Domain Transfer request

As per our company Policy Regarding Domain transfer the CEO should send us the below written Request on his/her Company Letterhead with Signed /Stamped along with his original CNIC copy & V. Card.

” We hereby requested that we transfer our domain to any other party. Please send us the “Domain Authorization Code” for transfer at this email ….@…………… We also agreed that after providing the “Domain Authorization Code” “Vision DOTCOM Technologies” will not be responsible any loss of our domain (domain.com) Hosting, Website & Emails. We also agreed that after issue the Domain transfer code we will bound to transfer our domain within 7 days. After 7 days Vision DOTCOM Technologies authorized to terminate our hosting without any prior notice. “.

Domain Transfer Policy

In case of PK domains transferring from Vision DOTCOM Technologies, the hosting account should be terminated automatically after 7 days without any prior notice. In order to transfer the domain (.com, .net, .org) etc, you need to pay the 20$ fee with a  written request al least 60 days before the due date, otherwise the full invoice payment will be charged for next year.

Hosting Transfer Policy

If any client change the DNS, Then our hosting services will be terminated automatically within 24 hour’s, without any prior notice. In order to discontinue the services, Please send us your written request al least 60 days before the due date, otherwise the payment will be charged in full for next year.

Disclaimer

No advance payment Refund or adjustment policy is applicable, in case of Domain Registration, Web Hosting, Web Designing etc or any offered services.

Backup Policy

Vision DOTCOM Technologies creates weekly backups for hosting accounts that are under 10GB. Our automatic backup service runs once a week on a random day, and each run overwrites any previous backups. Only one week of backups are kept at a time. Our backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. if any customer want to restore the last back, then he should pay the service charges according to backup details. Customers are responsible for their own backups and web content and should make their own backups for extra protection.

Policy Changes
